    the hotel room was quiet even on a Kentucky basketball game night. The bed was excellent. had best sleep ever at a hotel.

    absolutely love the help at this property, they could not be happier about their jobs and making the guest happy, was totally taken by surprise about their generosity and willingness to accomodate me and the others around me. Finally somewhere that is not just mundane and lifeless!

  • Radison to the rescue - had reservations that turned out to be a nightmare. got a great last minute rate here, was a fantastic experience and was only a block from rupp arena, where was going to a concert. . . .
  • Good stay - Initally was on 13th floor with crappy bed, in addition after complaint was immediatly moved to 16th floor which included free drinks and breakfast meal. . . .
  • Wedding - came from out of state for a wedding and anyone came in contact with was helpful. Or if there was a problem were quick about trying to fix a problem. There were alot og little girls and kids the weeke . . .
